Postage rates quoted are WITHIN the UK only and are based on first class mail, however the heavier books cannot be sent by first class mail and generally where postage is over £5, these are sent out by Royal Mail standard parcels which takes a couple of days longer, in most cases this is stated in the book description.

I am pleased to send books to addresses outside the UK but prospective purchasers need to be aware that rates will be more expensive than those quoted on the shopping cart. I will invoice you separately by Paypal for the difference between the UK rates and the actual cost.

From time to time, books will be offered post free and may be sent by second class mail. These offers will apply to the UK ONLY.

I aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours and will contact you if this is not possible to give you an indication as to the likely delay in case books need to be ordered in. Certain books may be marked "Special Order" and thus subject to delay.

UK customers should note that where the total postage on orders amounts to £6 or more, orders will in future be automatically dispatched by DHL courier service which will NOT be affected by any current or proposed industrial action.

Customers may also pre-order books for collection at one of the various shows attended by Geoff Gamble Books (see www.geoffgamblebooks.co.uk for details) in which case your postage willl be refunded.

REFUND POLICY

If you find that you have purchased a book by mistake, please be aware that UK law allows you 7 working days to cancel and return the book.  Once the book has been received in good condition, a refund will be made of the book price and original postage. On-line retailers are not liable for the costs of returning unwanted purchases.
