Postage rates quoted are WITHIN the UK only and are based on either Royal Mail first or second class post as stated - books listed since the April 2011 price rise will be sent by second class mail unless you require first class post - please ask before ordering.  Heavier books and multiple orders will be sent out by parcel post or courier taking on average three days.  Some customers prefer not to use couriers and if so, please contact me before ordering.

I am pleased to send books to addresses outside the UK but prospective purchasers need to be aware that rates will be more expensive than those quoted on the shopping cart. I will invoice you separately by Paypal for the difference between the UK rates and the actual cost.

From time to time, books will be offered post free and may be sent by second class mail. These offers will apply to the UK ONLY.

I aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours and will contact you if this is not possible to give you an indication as to the likely delay in case books need to be ordered in. Certain books may be marked "This book is available to order with delivery in about a week" and thus subject to delay.

UK customers should note that I charge a maximum of £7 postage on multiple orders and any excess postage charged by the site will be refunded by Paypal. Unfortunately the website shopping cart cannot cope with different postal rates!

Customers may also pre-order books for collection at one of the various shows attended by Geoff Gamble Books (see www.geoffgamblebooks.co.uk for details) in which case your postage willl be refunded.

REFUND POLICY

If you find that you have purchased a book by mistake, please be aware that UK law allows you 7 working days to cancel and return the book.  Once the book has been received in good condition, a refund will be made of the book price and original postage. On-line retailers are not liable for the costs of returning unwanted purchases.

Whilst I endeavour to ensure that books are as described and do so to the best of my ability, where books are found to be faulty or not as described, a full refund will be made but please contact me BEFORE returning the book.
