John Scott-Morgan takes a look at the forgotten branch lines of Kent.
Whilst Kent is well known for having an extensive commuter network, it too suffered badly at the hands of Dr Beeching. Some lines did not survive long enough to worry the Doctor such as the Canterbury and Whitstable Railway and the Elham Valley line.
